iMS, Inc. was established as a corporation last July 2017. What started as a team of ten people has now grown to over a hundred strong. With a strong foundation, the experience of the company’s core team in the BPO industry spans for more than a decade.

Today, iMS, Inc. operates at the Antel Global Corporate Center in the middle of the Ortigas business center. The building is equipped with back-up power generators to ensure continuous operations, giving 100 percent uptime even through power outages. The office has 200 seats with up-to-date technology that includes the latest in office computers and headsets. There are two dedicated lease lines for the internet, both BlackFiber. These are all are paired with the latest and licensed CISCO routers and switches. iMS, Inc. has Dell Servers, Amfeltec Timers, Giga bit networking housed in Data centers in Los Angeles, Dallas, and Florida, covering the United States.
